3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

mewccpr.top acts as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the actual sale contract between users. Sellers are responsible for their products and services, while buyers are responsible for their purchase decisions.

5.2 Payment Processing

We process payments on behalf of sellers through our integrated payment systems. Payment terms, refunds, and disputes are subject to our payment processing policies and the terms agreed between buyers and sellers.

5.3 Fees and Commissions

Our service fees and commission structure are detailed in our pricing information provided during account setup. Fees may vary based on your service package and transaction volume. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The mewccpr.top platform, including its design, functionality, trademarks, and content, is owned by mewccpr.top B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating our platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mewccpr.top B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mewccpr.top B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations and fees.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice where required by law.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Mediation

If internal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation by a mutually agreed mediator in the Netherlands.

Any disputes not resolved through mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) in Tilburg, Netherlands.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tilburg, Netherlands.

For consumer transactions, mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's country of residence may apply in addition to Dutch law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through email or prominent notices on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our platform and may terminate your account.
